Something about public procurement in Ukraine

In order to avoid of abuse in the market of governments tender, to creation of competitive environment and to resist corruption, the Government has introduced legislative mechanisms of regulation of tender process. Over the past five years, legislation and, accordingly, the rules in government procurements have changed a few times.
