Something about public procurement in Ukraine
This clause explains the characteristics of gov tender, propitious public procrement, gives practical directions to improve effectiveness in government tenders.

Taking into account the holding of Euro 2012 in Ukraine there is a growth market of gov tender relating to the construction of infrastructure for the European football championship (stadiums, hotels, roads, electrical substations, etc.)
In order to avoid of abuse in the market of governments tender, to creation of competitive environment and to resist corruption, the Government has introduced legislative mechanisms of regulation of tender process. Over the past five years, legislation and, accordingly, the rules in government procurements have changed a few times. The existing law of gov tenders contains a provision on equal participation in procurement process, both domestic and foreign manufacturers, creating a competitive environment and providing efficient use of public funds.
